Unlocked DnA Training

          There are many acrobatic skills out there to learn but many dancers do not know where to start or what to correct. With Unlocked DnA you get different 12-week programs with specific skill focus that do not require a 1-on-1 or class setting. These programs are broken into three phases, each being four weeks long. 

          Each week athletes will be given the opportunity to join an Unlocked DnA community call where we will hold open Q&A sessions as well as correction sessions. Through these calls it will allow athletes to hear and see what others are doing, as well as give tips and ideas to others in the call.

*Athletes should be 8 years or older (athletes under the age of 8 attempting these high-level skills can be considered dangerous and unsafe)

*Since you are trying skills that you may fall and get hurt on, a responsible adult must be present and aware that you are practicing skills.

Unlocked Community Calls

  • For $50 - Join us on a live call to ask questions about dance acrobatics, hear feedback from others, and receive helpful tips, reminders, and ideas for training skills.

Private Lessons vs. Unlocked DnA

  • In-Person Private Lessons

    A 1-hour private lessons can cost anywhere from $60 to $100 per week.

    You also need gas money, travel time, and you only get 1-hour of practice a lesson.

  • Unlocked DnA

    With Unlocked DnA and a Weekly Call, it is only $85 a week!

    Plus, training on your own time, multiple days a week, and you get to join a community of likeminded acrobats!
