12-week Back, Front, and Variation Walkover Program *This program is only meant to get you started on extra back and front walkover training. We do not guarantee fully learning or mastering such skills in a 12-week period.*
This program is broken up into three phases, each lasting four weeks. Athletes should be in the beginner to intermediate skill range. This takes roughly 10-20 minutes a day to follow.
The first week will include setting two physical goals, a mental goal, and an overall goal, and then how you will achieve them. At the beginning of each new phase, you will be asked to re-evaluate your goals and set a new physical and mental goal.
*Since you are trying skills that you may fall and get hurt on, a responsible adult must be present and aware that you are practicing skills.
