Unlocked Fitness

          Many times, athletes find themselves wanting to build muscle and increase their flexibility and mobility, but do not know where to start. With Unlocked Fitness you get a 12-week program with weekly workouts that do not require a 1-on-1 or class setting. This program is broken into three phases, each being four weeks long. Each week will contain several strength exercises, then a cool down stretch and rehab.

          Each week athletes will be given the opportunity to join an Unlocked community call where we will hold open Q&A sessions as well as correction sessions. Through these calls it will allow athletes to hear and see what others are doing, as well as give tips and ideas to others in the call.

*Athletes should be 8 years or older (athletes under the age of 8 attempting these high-level skills can be considered dangerous and unsafe)

  • For $50 - Join us on a live call to ask questions about the Unlocked Fitness Program, hear feedback from others, and overall fitness and health

  • In-Person Personal Trainer

    A 1-hour private lessons can cost anywhere from $60 to $150 per week.

    You also need gas money, travel time, and you only get 1-hour of training a lesson.

    With Unlocked Fitness and a Weekly Call, it is only $80 a week!

    Plus, training on your own time, multiple days a week, and you get to join a community of likeminded athletes!
